98pkr Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities on the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 98pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 98pkr website at 98pkr.wine, creating a player account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or using any service offered by 98pkr, you are confirming that you accept these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the 98pkr platform regardless of how they access it — through a web browser, mobile browser, or any application provided by 98pkr. They apply to all activities on the platform including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, bonus participation, and any financial transactions.

These Terms should be read alongside the 98pkr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. Using 98pkr constitutes acceptance of those documents as well.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use 98pkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 98pkr does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, play, or place bets on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded from 98pkr or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

98pkr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any player at any time. This may include a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identity document. Until satisfactory verification is received, 98pkr may restrict access to withdrawals, bonuses, or all platform features.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only at 98pkr. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 98pkr reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any bonus funds. Deposited funds in excess of bonuses received will generally be returned at 98pkr's discretion.

When registering at 98pkr, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person. 98pkr will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.

• Account username must not impersonate any other person or entity.
• Your registered mobile number must be a valid Pakistani number that you control.
• Your account must be registered in your own name — proxy registrations are prohibited.
• Corporate or business entities may not register player accounts on 98pkr.

98pkr reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any point during the life of your account. Verification requests will be communicated via the email address on your account and must be responded to within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Deposits & Funding

All financial transactions on 98pkr are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency conversion applied to any deposit or withdrawal. The amount you deposit is the amount that appears in your balance.

The minimum deposit at 98pkr is Rs 500. Deposits are accepted through the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay — digital wallet transfer
• SadaPay — digital wallet transfer
• IBFT — interbank funds transfer via your bank
• Visa / Mastercard — debit cards issued by Pakistani banks

98pkr does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used for depositing must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your 98pkr account. Deposits received from payment methods registered to a third party will be reversed and the account may be investigated under anti-money laundering procedures.

98pkr does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may impose their own transaction charges — these are outside 98pkr's control and are the player's responsibility to account for.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available balance at any time through the Cashier section of their 98pkr account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method's availability for withdrawals.

98pkr processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. The standard processing times are:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: typically within 15 minutes of approval
• NayaPay / SadaPay: typically within 30 minutes
• IBFT bank transfer: typically within 2–4 hours, depending on the receiving bank
• Visa / Mastercard: typically within 24 hours

Before a withdrawal is approved, 98pkr may conduct identity and payment verification checks. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering procedure and is not a reflection on any individual player's standing. Players may be asked to provide CNIC documentation, a selfie with ID, or proof of ownership of the payment method being used.

Withdrawals cannot be processed from bonus funds until the applicable wagering requirements have been completed. The available withdrawal balance in your account is clearly separated from any locked bonus balance in the account cashier.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

98pkr offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and other time-limited offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are clearly displayed at the point the bonus is offered. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions at 98pkr unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who are 18 years of age or older.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated at the time of the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if requirements are not met within this period.
• Certain games may not contribute fully — or at all — to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are listed in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus abuse — including collusion, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations — is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the associated accounts.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available at 98pkr — including RNG-based casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets and fishing games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. These Terms apply in addition to individual game rules.

Results produced by 98pkr's RNG-certified games are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of player dissatisfaction with the outcome. Live Casino results — determined by physical cards, dice or wheels on camera — are similarly final once confirmed by the dealer on the live feed. If a technical fault occurs during a game round and the result cannot be determined with certainty, the round may be voided and stakes returned.

• Players must not use automated software, bots, or scripts to participate in any game on 98pkr.
• Exploiting software glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer game formats is prohibited.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player after placement.

In the event of a dispute over a game result, the relevant game log held by 98pkr's system will be treated as the definitive record. Players wishing to raise a dispute should contact the support team within 72 hours of the disputed event.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98pkr platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the platform
• Using false or third-party identity information during registration or verification
• Depositing funds from a payment method registered to another person
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds of illegal origin
• Using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to play games
• Exploiting game or system errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the 98pkr platform
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to disguise your location or identity
• Facilitating access to the platform for a person who has self-excluded or been excluded by 98pkr

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98pkr account credentials. This includes your password, any two-factor authentication codes, and any security questions associated with your account. 98pkr will never ask you to share your password via email, phone or chat under any circumstances.

98pkr uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended for all accounts. However, the security of your device and the confidentiality of your login details remain your responsibility.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should notify 98pkr immediately at support@98pkr.wine. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account pending review.

10. Privacy

98pkr collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. 98pkr may share data with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to process your transactions.

11. Responsible Gaming

98pkr is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity on the platform. These tools are available through the account settings section and take effect immediately when activated:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for 1 to 30 days

Once a self-exclusion is applied, 98pkr will not accept a reversal request for the duration of the exclusion period. If you have opted for permanent self-exclusion, you will not be able to re-register at 98pkr.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

98pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited gaming behaviour
• Provision of false or inaccurate information during registration or verification
• Failure to complete requested identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Abusive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate behaviour towards 98pkr staff
• Regulatory requirement or court order

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Funds that represent genuine deposits — net of any bonuses received — will generally be returned to the player via the original payment method after investigation is complete, unless those funds are required to be withheld for legal reasons.

Players may also choose to close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting 98pkr support. Any outstanding withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed normally.

13. Limitation of Liability

98pkr provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability 24/7, scheduled maintenance, technical incidents, and circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98pkr's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant event.

98pkr is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials
• Network connectivity issues on the player's side affecting game results
• Decisions made by a player based on information provided on third-party sites
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

98pkr may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently modified. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
